How do I pay?
You pay a month in advance and every month (30 days) after that. Your initial payment needs can be paid by credit card, WeChat, FPS, cash or with an EPS/ATM.
Can I change my billing date?
Yes, you sure can. You can also choose a day of the month that you would prefer to pay. Please call a member of our team on 61945500 or email us at care@ubox.com.hk, and we can help you with that.
