How It Works
ubox has varied sizes of the storage unit are provided to satisfy different needs of customers. Just tell us how much space you need.
1. You Book
Choose how much space you need (3’x4′, 6’x4′, 8’x6′ or even bigger). Store up your stuff in state-of-the-art and insurance-covered facilities. We offer varied sizes of storage units for your needs. Tell us via Whatsapp 61945500 or WeChat (WeChat: ubox2016) on how much stuff you want to store and how long you want to store for.
- A one (1) month deposit paid in advance is required.
- Size shows are the approximate area and may have differences in actual measurement by customers.
- We reserved all rights to make any revised offers and prices without prior notice. All the exact amounts are stated in compliance with the Storage Unit License Agreement.
- $60 per access card.
- Nearby MTR Station and includes more than different routes of bus and minibus accessible directly
- Loading & Unloading spots on G/F of building
- 24 hours of 365 days in-and-out self-storage service
- Privilege lavatory provided for customers only
- Provide platform trolley, ladder lending service; for necessity, customers can buy carton boxes, padlock, and nylon strings from our Customer Services Officer
2. We Pack (optional service)
Our honest packing team is on hand to help you with packing, if you need it, an additional service fee may be required, please consult our professional team at WhatsApp 61945500 or WeChat ID ubox2016 for more detail.
If you choose to pack, be sure to order materials in advance. If you choose our team to pack, they will provide their own materials.
3. We Collect
Our collection team is ensured the collection goes smoothly. On the day of collection, you’ll need to be around to make sure that our team can access your property and collect the right stuff!
- Whenever it is most convenient for you. Just select any available collection window. We can be there in as little as 24 hours, or you can schedule up to 2 weeks in advance. Our typical collection hours are Monday through Sunday 9AM – 8PM.
- When hosted typhoon signal 8 or above, Red / Black Rainstorm Warning, all ubox transport activities will be suspended. If necessary, please WhatsApp 61945500 or email care@ubox.com.hk. ubox is welcome to assists and answers your questions.
- We endear you to limit the weight of each item to 25kg. Any item found to have exceeded the 25kg limit would be recommended for repacking and excess would be stored in a separate box.
4. We Store

- ubox Box Storage is a climate-controlled storage unit that beneficial for storing valuable or environmentally-sensitive items and keeps you comfortable when you visiting your storage spaces.
- 24-hour CCTV, automatic fire sprinklers, air-conditioning, and fire alarm systems for property protection.
- Cleaning and Pest Treatments are scheduled to ensure our self-storage facilities are extremely clean, bug-free, and well-lit.
How It Works
ubox makes storage simple. If you’ve got boxes, suitcases, or other small items, just book our Box Storage service.
1. Book online
Select how many boxes you need and we will deliver them as soon as the next day. You can order cardboard boxes, standard boxes, wardrobe, and other packing materials if you need them, or just book for us to collect your stuff if you’re already packed. You can even tell us via Whatsapp 61945500 or WeChat (WeChat: ubox2016) on how much stuff you want to store and how long you want to store for.
OUR AFFORDABLE STORAGE BOXES
Use our strong, water-resistant, polypropylene storage boxes that have a capacity of 67 liters and on average hold 80 T-Shirts or 12 File Binders.
STORING YOUR OWN BOXES OR LARGER ITEMS
If you are storing your own boxes, suitcases, or larger items like a red-white-blue bag or an office chair? As long as it’s below 25kg and our driver can carry it, we can store it.

2. We Collect
Once you have packed your boxes we will collect them for FREE. Just give your labeled boxes or other items to our friendly mover, then you can track your stuff online.

- You can store up any item ranging from wears to books to DVDs, sports materials, and seasonal items – as long as it fits in the box and doesn’t exceed the weight limit of 20kg. Please bear in mind that we do not store pet animals, perishables, fragile items (unless you ensure perfect packaging), illegal substances, explosive and inflammable materials, luxurious items of any kind. In summary, we only accept legal, harmless, and non-perishable items.
- We endear you to limit the weight of each box to 20kg. Any box found to have exceeded the 20kg limit would be recommended for repacking and excess would be stored in a separate box.
- Our boxes come with unique seal numbers to enable you to keep your stuff sealed tight till you order delivery. We hold our clients’ privacy in high esteem, so it’s beyond the ethics of our operation to open any of your boxes.
- Each box has its own distinct bar code/QR code. You can upload your box title, description, and photos to the system, so you can easily manage your boxes.
- If you choose your own boxes, we treat them as oversized items and we charge an oversized monthly fee.
3. We store
Your boxes will be stored securely in a CCTV-monitored storage facility. Ready and waiting for when you need them back.

4. We deliver
When the time comes that you no longer need your goods stored you simply arrange a time that best you and we deliver the Box Storage directly back to you.
When you’re ready, just book the delivery of one, some, or all of your boxes online. You can move your boxes for each trip of HK$29 + HK$29 per box/item (min charge is 3 boxes/items). Please inform us 24 hours in advance via the online system for retrieval of the box number.
- In most cases, we can get your storage items back to you in 24 hours. It’s always smart to book as far in advance as possible to ensure your preferred delivery date/time. For any urgent matter, please phone/WhatsApp to 6194-5500 or email care@ubox.com.hk, we will get back to you in a snap!
- We request you to send all the boxes at once. Your first pick-up is free of cost. However, if you decide to send the boxes in batches, you will be charged an amount of HK$100 to the delivery charge of your location. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Whenever it is most convenient for you. Just select any available delivery window. We can be there in as little as 24 hours, or you can schedule up to 2 weeks in advance. Our typical delivery hours are Monday through Sunday 9AM – 8PM. Simply login to our system, you can schedule a pick-up and check-out date and time.
- I am so sorry! Our delivery team makes its best effort to meet the schedule on time, however, during peak periods, it may be some delayed. Please phone/WhatsApp to 61945500 or email care@ubox.com.hk, we will provide you the current location of the delivery team and update the estimated time of arrival.
- We do our best to shorten the delivery time and we promise to always handle your boxes with utmost care. The boxes provided are extremely durable, but of course, accidents are always un-predictable, there will be a protection for each box to the amount to HK$1,000 (max of HK$10,000 per customer).
